Description
This plug-in provides tools to manage
selection and visibility sets of objects.
12 new commands are included.
SELECTION SET COMMANDS:
SelectionSet_Save
This command saves the selected objects as a new selection set, with
a user defined name.
If you enter an already defined name, you will be asked to overwrite
the old one.
SelectionSet_Load
This command loads a previously saved selection set. It ignores the
currently selected objects.
SelectionSet_Add
This command adds a previously saved selection set to the current selection.
SelectionSet_Subtract
This command subtracts a previously saved selection set from the current
selection.
SelectionSet_Intersect
This command intersects a previously saved selection set with the current
selection. Only the objects belonging to both sets are kept selected.
SelectionSet_Delete
This command deletes one previously saved selection set. The "Are
you sure" warning is included.
VISIBILITY SET COMMANDS:
VisibilitySet_Save
This command saves the currently visible objects as a new visibility
set, with a user defined name.
If you enter an already defined name, you will be asked to overwrite
the old one.
VisibilitySet_Load
This command loads a previously saved visibility set. It ignores the
currently visible objects.
VisibilitySet_Show
This command shows all the objects of a previously saved visibility
set. The currently visible objects are not hidden.
VisibilitySet_Hide
This command hides from currently visible objects that belong to a previously
saved visibility set.
VisibilitySet_Intersect
This command intersects a previously saved visibility set with the currently
visible objects. Only the objects belonging to both sets are kept visible.
VisibilitySet_Delete
This command deletes a previously saved visibility set. The "Are
you sure" warning is included.
Notes:
- The included Workspace ("Selection
& Visibility Set Tools.tb") contains 3 toolbars:
- The visibility tools store and reload
data about the visible layers and the current layer, so they change the
layer configuration in order to show the desired objects.
