This type of geometry is being used on acoustic panels. Creating the basic panel using NURBS curve profile is pretty straightforward. On the other hand, adding variation to the individual elements requires a bit of work in order to maintain continuity – so that type of variation is planned for a future #ParametricDaily work.

Since I was working with a relatively underpowered laptop, this time the render was done directly with Rhino’s default render engine, which sometimes can be good enough to showcase pure geometry and shapes.
